“I was looking for a yellow lab as a companion for my husband four and 1/2 years ago. I researched where I could find one and came upon her website. I gave her a call and she was so thorough with what my puppy would need as far as food, vet visits, and care. She truly cared so much about each and every dog and puppy. As time went on, I called more than a few times to ask health questions, especially once my dog was in heat. This was a very new experience for me and she walked me through it all. She was truly patient. Two years after "DJ" came into our lives, we contacted seaborn’s again for a companion for her. We ended up taking a drive to Pennsylvania again and picked up another puppy. She cares very much about who receives her dogs and makes sure they are going to a loving family. “When we decided to get a puppy, we had looked at many different breeders once we knew which breed we were focused on. We discovered Caitlin and Seaborn Retrievers and saw that there was one puppy left in the litter. After contacting Caitlin we knew it was a great fit because she was so caring and understanding of not only us, but of her dogs. ALL of her dogs. She stayed in communication with us throughout the process and even did a FaceTime so we could see the pup and so she could meet US to make sure WE were a great fit for her pup. She took care of the shots she was able to at the puppy’s age (I forget now what they were) and gave us specific instructions on food, vitamins, vet follow-ups, everything we needed to know. The vet we chose was thrilled with the care she (our puppy now named Strawberry) had received so far, and that we had all of the right paperwork to prove it. We had not had a dog before this but she gave so much of her time to make sure that her/our little pup was taken care of. We are still in contact and we share pictures and stories, and she even helped when my dog was sick recently but also is just great to chat with. We also often talk about our dogs parents and their other siblings and ancestors. Any other breeder would just be happy to take your money and ignore you after that, but not Caitlin. She is constantly sharing pictures on social media of her past puppies in their new homes and always interacting with them. She knows and remembers every single puppy, and loves them all. Quiz her if you don’t believe me! There was another dog from our dogs’ litter who needed to be re-homed at 7 months old after their owner became terminally ill, and I was able to get my good friend to take him. She truly cares about ALL of her dogs’ well being and safety, whether they are in her home or someone else’s. We will ALWAYS go to Caitlin if we ever want another dog, and I will continue to send everyone I know to her because I know she’s so knowledgeable, loving, supportive, and her dogs are literally the best for so many reasons. Our dog, Strawberry, is the best dog we have ever known. She is beautiful, soft, sensitive, loving, obedient, fun, healthy, and everyone everywhere we go comments on how good and beautiful she is! We are beyond thrilled with our entire experience with Caitlin and Seaborn Retrievers! ”

“We are fortunate to have two pups from Seaborn Retrievers. Bailey (female, almost 3 yrs) and Cooper (male,2 1/2 years) are not genetically related as they have different parents. Nevertheless, they adore each other. They are beautiful, kind to our older dog and easy to train. Luckily, they are in perfect health. We found Bailey during the pandemic, and it was very challenging to find a puppy at that time. Cait was excellent to deal with. She was kind, professional, and upfront with us. After we brought the pups home, Cait always answered our texts or calls that we had with questions about Raising the pups together. "Hi again! Just wanted to give another little update - Boo received his second round of vaccinations and got his nails clipped at the vet on Thursday. He weighs a little over 15lbs. We went for a short walk to a stop sign and back today and he actually did really well! He hasn't had accidents in the house for the past couple days and training is going good. I'm sure you will see the post on Instagram, but I will send you some pictures again. (As you can tell, I love taking pictures and he's the perfect little model) Thank you again for everything. "Maize went to the vet yesterday and is now 13 pounds!! She's been great! Loves meeting new people and new dogs around our apartment complex. “Hi! We took Summer in for her annual yesterday and the dr told us that everyone in the back heard summer was in and they all wanted to see her. So she took her in the back for a people parade lol everyone was loving her and she got some treats. Stud is a licker, Kash is a snuggler and Summer does whatever she wants whenever she wants lol.”

"Daisy had a checkup today. She did amazing at the vet - and she was the center of attention - everyone had to come see her cuz she is so cute. One of the techs asked me where I got her from because she wants a black one so I told her to check your site out and see what litters you have planned. She weighs 10lbs now and the vet says she looks great!”

“Maxey attended his first puppy class today and performed every command perfectly. He’s a real show off! He quickly developed a crush on a big, beautiful Collie pup and flirted with her the whole time. He was a group favorite, of course! All commented on his calm nature and the trainer said she rarely meets a lab so calm and obedient and added “that’s good breeding.” I wanted to share the compliment from the trainer, and add that I already knew it!”
