Bringing home a Labrador Retriever puppy should be exciting and stress free. We strive to make the process simple, transparent, and focused on the health and well being of our puppies.

Registration & Pricing

All puppies are sold with AKC Limited Registration and are priced at $1,900.

If you're interested in Full AKC Registration (breeding rights), please indicate this on your application. Puppies approved for full registration are $3,200 and require a separate contract.

Application & Deposit

Start by completing our puppy application. Once approved, a $400 non-refundable deposit reserves your puppy and is applied toward the purchase price.

Deposits may be transferred one time within two years if your plans change.

We primarily communicate through email and text to keep everything organized. Phone calls are available after a deposit when needed.

Puppy Updates

We provide regular updates as your puppy grows:

• Birth

• 2 Weeks

• 4 Weeks

• 6 Weeks

• 8 Weeks

Updates include photos and videos and are shared through Instagram, email, or text.

Puppy Selection

Puppies are chosen in the order deposits are received (breeder always retains first pick).

After our temperament evaluations around 6–8 weeks, you'll receive photos, videos, and personality descriptions. You'll have 24 hours to make your selection.

We encourage choosing based on temperament and lifestyle, and we're always happy to help match you with the best puppy.

Health & Biosecurity

To protect our puppies' developing immune systems, we do not allow in-home visits.

Instead, we're happy to provide:

• FaceTime/video calls

• Photos and videos

• References from previous families

• Photos of the parents

Our dogs are raised in our home as family members, receive excellent veterinary care, and their health always comes first.

Pickup Day

Puppies go home at 8 weeks of age by appointment at a pre-arranged public location or outside at our home.

Your puppy will go home with:

• Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming

• Veterinary records

• Sales contract and health guarantee

• Care instructions

• Go-home package

Please bring a crate or secure carrier and a blanket or towel for the ride home.

Our Safety Policy

For the safety of our family, dogs, and puppies, we do not allow access to our home or property. All pickups take place at a safe public location or in the driveway/play area, and we ask that no outside dogs attend.

We appreciate your understanding as these policies help us provide a safe, healthy environment for every puppy.
